Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Crude Crow gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work for orders placed on crudecrow.com.

Returns

• You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
• To start a return, contact us via our contact form or email thecrudecrow@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll send return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping — no need to send the item back unless we ask.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 5–10 business days after we receive your return or approve your claim.

Amazon orders

Orders placed on Amazon follow Amazon’s return policy. Please start those returns through your Amazon account.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders are handled under the terms agreed with each shop. Contact us about any problem with a wholesale shipment.
